Visit the all new SymbolWorld.org

Using the site As the mouse is moved over any link the graphic is highlighted, to make this obvious. On each menu page there is a back button (pointing hand) to take you back to the previous menu, and a Home button to take you to the main SymbolWorld home page. Within each story or article there are back and forward buttons to move through the pages. If you keep your mouse over the Next Page button, you will be able to step through each story page without having to reposition the mouse. We have designed this to fit on an 800x600 resolution screen. We suggest that you do not look at it in resolutions higher than 1024-768 because of the amount of white space that will be there. Each of the four main sections is colour coded to help you remember where you are. Currently the site is not accessible by Switch users. One of the problems of adding switch access to the web site is that it will considerably slow the site down for all users. We would welcome feedback from teachers on this question.
