Ingredients
ready made pastry
40 grams butter
85 grams chopped courgettes
85 grams frozen peas
3 chopped onions
300 milliletres milk
25 grams flour
2 large eggs
100 grams goats cheese
3 small tomatoes

 


method
Preheat the oven to gasmark 5. Roll out the pastry and line the quiche dish. Bake in a medium oven for ten minutes.
melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the onions and cook until soft. Add the green vegetables, cook for 5 minutes.
Pour the milk and  flour into a saucepan. Stir the sauce and cool for 5 minutes. Beat the eggs and add to the sauce.
Pour the mixture into the pastry case. Add the goats cheese and sliced tomatoes. Bake for forty minutes until golden brown.
